The record of the woman’s significant medical, surgical and mental health history. Including relevant previous diagnoses, problems and issues, procedures, investigations, specific anaesthesia issues, etc (will obstetric history).
Data Mapping in Progress: The data mapping process required to map the medical history requirements to suitable FHIR resources is still under discussion and a decision on this has not yet been agreed with the digital maternity programme.
