Developer support
We provide support for developers through the NHS England Developer Community.
The Developer Community is replacing the NHS login Support Slack workspace. It's the place to ask questions, raise queries, and get support for onboarding, integration, and test environments.
Join the Developer Community
- Go to the Developer Community website.
- Select 'Sign Up' in the top right corner.
- Create your account using your work email address and complete verification.
- Log in once your account has been created.
- Email the NHS login team at england.support.nhslogin@nhs.net to be added to the private chat area for specific support.
Using the Developer Community for support
Use the Developer Community to get support with:
- onboarding and integration
- sandpit and integration test environments
- documentation and known issues
The Developer Community has two areas for support:
- a public partner forum for general queries and shared knowledge
- a private chat area for specific requests such as test data or environment setup
The Developer Community does not provide support for live (production) issues.
