There will be a number of requirements for senders and receivers of ITK3 FHIR messages that MUST be met. These sections will detail the requirements for ITK3 only where the second Bundle (payload) is not of type “Document” in a future release. For Document Bundle (payload) type see the ITK3 FHIR Document sections.
